Take notice that on the 21st day of September 2006, an application for putting Utulei Constructions Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 7th day of December 2006
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that date.
The plaintiff is the Commissioner of Inland Revenue, whose address for service is Auckland South Service Centre, 17 Putney Way (P.O. Box 76-198), Manukau City (Inquiries to: Geraldine Ann Ryan on telephone (09) 984 2002).
