Take notice that on the 24th day of October 2006, an application for putting MTU Carriers Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 22nd day of February 2007 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Commercial Factors Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Blackwells, Barristers & Solicitors, Level Five, 235 Broadway, Newmarket, Auckland.
