Take notice that on the 27th day of October 2006, an application for putting Debt Relief (NZ) Limited (“defendant company”) into liquidation by the High Court was filed by the plaintiff, Lumley Finance (N.Z.) Limited, in the High Court at Wellington (“liquidation application”).
The liquidation application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on the 4th day of December 2006 at 10.00 a.m.
On the 9th day of November 2006, the plaintiff filed an application for appointment of interim liquidators.
On the 14th day of November 2006 at 11.14 a.m., the High Court at Wellington ordered that John Anthony Waller and Vivian Judith Fatupaito, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, be appointed interim liquidators of the defendant company.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the liquidation application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
The plaintiff’s address for service is at the offices of Russell McVeagh, Level Thirty, Vero Centre, 48 Shortland Street, Auckland.
