Take notice that on the 22nd day of September 2006, an application for putting Orapiu Bay Resort Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 7th day of December 2006
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Allan Christini (trading as Allan Christini & Son), whose address for service is at the offices of Dawsons Solicitors, corner of 371 Ti Rakau and Huntington Drives, East Tamaki, Auckland.
Documents for service on the above-named plaintiff may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at P.O. Box 38-143, Howick, Auckland; or
