Take notice that on the 25th day of October 2006, an application for putting Global Investment Trust Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on the 4th day of December 2006 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Old Money Family Trust Limited, whose address for service is care of Bryce Bluett, Barrister and Solicitor, P.O. Box 517, Hamilton.
