Take notice that on the 18th day of October 2006, an application for putting IP Services Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 19th day of December 2006 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Lowndes Associates, a firm of barristers
and solicitors, having its principal place of business at
Level Five, Lowndes Associates House, 18 Shortland Street, Auckland. Its address for service is at its principal place
of business.
The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the office of the Court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
