Take notice that on the 1st day of September 2006, an application for putting First City Trust No. 2 Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 30th day of November 2006
at 11.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiffs are Eden Crescent Limited (in liquidation) as first plaintiff, The 100 Limited (in liquidation) as second plaintiff, and Henry David Levin and Barry Philip Jordan, of McCallum Petterson, as joint liquidators of The 100 Limited and Eden Crescent Limited (both in liquidation) as third plaintiffs, whose address for service is Simon John Eisdell Moore, Crown Solicitor, at the offices of Meredith Connell, Level Seventeen, Forsyth Barr Tower, 55-65 Shortland Street (P.O.
