Take notice that on Wednesday, the 27th day of September 2006, an application for putting HFT Group Holdings Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in
the High Court at Timaru.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Timaru on Wednesday, the 29th day of November 2006
at 11.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Helmack Hardware Limited, whose address for service is at the office of Wynn Williams & Co, Solicitors, Level Seven, BNZ House, 129 Hereford Street, Christchurch.
