Take notice that on the 18th day of November 2005, an application for putting Pukaki Worm Farm Environmental Trust into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 9th day of March 2006
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant trust, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiffs are Allan Christini and Stephen Christini (trading as Allan Christini & Son), whose address for service is at the offices of Dawsons Solicitors, 371
Ti Rakau Drive, corner of Ti Rakau and Huntington Drives, East Tamaki, Auckland.
Documents for service on the above named plaintiffs may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at P.O. Box 38-143 Howick, Auckland; or
(b) left for the solicitor at a document exchange for direction to D.X. E.P. 84 011, Botany, Auckland; or
