Take notice that on the 18th day of August 2006, an application for putting Authentic Vietnamese Restaurant Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 16th day of November 2006
at 10.00 a.m.
