Take notice that on the 12th day of September 2006, an application for putting Eiss Subtronics Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Dunedin.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Dunedin on Thursday, the 16th day of November 2006
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Millennium Technology Limited, whose address for service is care of the offices of Gibson Sheat, Lawyers, Level One, United Building, 107 Customhouse Quay, Wellington.
