Take notice that on the 1st day of August 2006, an application for an order putting Iroam Investment Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 16th day of November 2006
at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is The Mill Liquorsave Limited, whose address for service is 393 Devon Street East, New Plymouth.
