Take notice that on the 28th day of September 2006, an application for putting Euphoria Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on Monday, the 13th day of November 2006
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Globe International (N.Z.) Limited, an incorporated company having its registered office at
21 Scanlan Street, Grey Lynn, Auckland, and whose address for service is at the office of Morton Tee & Co, First Floor, 96 Hurstmere Road, Takapuna, Auckland.
