Take notice that on the 20th day of September 2006, an application for putting CLC Construction Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Tauranga.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on the 13th day of November 2006 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that date.
