Take notice that on the 26th day of September 2006, an application for putting Rockit Plaster Pumps NZ Limited (trading as Bay Masonry) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Tauranga.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on the 13th day of November 2006 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is CSR Building Products (NZ) Limited (trading as Monierbrick), whose address for service is at
the offices of Sharp Tudhope, Solicitors, 35 Grey Street (Private Bag 12-020), Tauranga.
