Take notice that on the 30th day of August 2006, an application for putting The Loaded Hog Brewing Company Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 16th day of November 2006 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is the New Zealand Customs Service, whose address for service is at the offices of Forest Harrison,
Level Six, 5 High Street (P.O. Box 6211), Auckland.
