Take notice that on the 15th day of September 2006, an application for the winding up of Xen-Agri Developments Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on the 6th day of November 2006 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Xenacom Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Vosper Law, Solicitors, 66 Alpha Street, Cambridge.
Documents for service on the above-named plaintiff may be left at that address for service or may be:
