Take notice that on the 14th day of October 2005, an application for appointment of liquidator and for putting Conceptnet Limited into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 26th day of January 2006
at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Asia Netcom Australia Pty Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Buddle Findlay, Solicitors, PricewaterhouseCoopers Tower, 188 Quay Street, Auckland.
Documents for service on the plaintiff may be left at that address for service or may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at P.O. Box 1433, Auckland; or
(b) left for the solicitor at a document exchange for direction to D.X. C.P. 24-024, Auckland; or
(c) transmitted to the solicitor by facsimile to (09) 358 2055.
