Take notice that on the 12th day of September 2006, an application for putting Abele New Zealand Tours Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Nelson.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Nelson on Thursday, the 23rd day of November 2006
at 10.00 a.m.
