Take notice that on the 29th day of September 2006, an application for putting Mushroom City Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Palmerston North.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Palmerston North on Monday, the 27th day of November 2006 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is the Bank of New Zealand, whose address for service is at the offices of Buddle Findlay, Level Seventeen, State Insurance Tower, 1 Willis Street, Wellington (Attention: Justin Toebes).
Documents for service on the plaintiff may be left at that address for service or may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at P.O. Box 2694, Wellington; or
(b) left for the solicitor at a document exchange for direction to D.X. S.P. 20-201, Wellington.
