Take notice that on the 8th day of September 2006, an application for putting Leyhatton Innovations Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Palmerston North.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Palmerston North on the 30th day of October 2006
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The first plaintiff is Michael Eliot Voss and the second plaintiff is Alison Weston Voss.
The first and second plaintiffs are both business consultants of Union Line, R.D. 2, Marton.
