Take notice that on the 2nd day of November 2005, an application for putting Waterside Holdings Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at
Auckland on Thursday, the 16th day of February 2006
at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance no later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is BOC Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Credit Services (NZ) Limited, Level Six, 138 Victoria Street, Christchurch.
