Take notice that on the 21st day of September 2006, an application for putting Advance Interiors & Construction Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on the 6th day of November 2006 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Amstar Interiors Limited, whose address
for service is at the offices of Kensington Swan, Solicitors,
18 Viaduct Harbour Avenue, Auckland.
