Take notice that on the 14th day of December 2005, an application to put CHN Entertainment Limited into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 16th day of March 2006 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance no later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Aden Electrical Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Smith & Partners, Barristers and Solicitors, P.O. Box 436, Kumeu, Auckland.
