Take notice that on Monday, the 28th day of August 2006, an application for putting Steelworks International Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Timaru.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Timaru on Wednesday, the 29th day of November 2006
at 11.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that date.
