Take notice that on the 30th day of August 2006, an application for putting Gordon McLaren Investments Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in
the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on Monday, the 2nd day of October 2006
at 10.00 a.m.

that day.
