Take notice that on the 26th day of June 2006, an application for putting Allen Walker Developments Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 28th day of September 2006 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiffs are Brian Anthony Preston and Barbara Lauren Preston, whose address for service is care of the offices of Neumegen & Company, Solicitors, P.O. Box 5968, Wellesley Street, Auckland.
