Take notice that on Wednesday, the 19th day of July
2006, an application for putting Lunar Investments Limited (previously known as Fahey Fence Hire Limited) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on Monday, the 25th day of September 2006
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
