Take notice that on the 22nd day of December 2005, an application for putting Alan Snowden Builders Limited (now known as Y2 Builders Limited) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Nelson.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Nelson on the 9th day of February 2006 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance no later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is John Thomas Currie (trading as Jack Currie Electrical), whose address for service is at the offices of Fletcher Vautier Moore, P.O. Box 90, Nelson.
