Take notice that on the 25th day of July 2006, an application for putting Alfa Homes 2003 Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Tauranga.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on Monday, the 11th day of September 2006
at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Carters (a division of Carter Holt Harvey Limited), a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland, and carrying on business there as suppliers of building materials, whose address for service is at the offices of Edmund Lawler & Associates, P.O. Box
25-931, St Heliers, Auckland.
