Take notice that on the 19th day of July 2006, an application for putting Technical and Hygenics Services Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Tauranga.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on the 11th day of September 2006 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Dema International Incorporated and Me 3 Pty Limited (trading as Dema Australia), having its registered office at Unit Five, 7-11 Parraweena Road, Caringbah, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, whose address for service is at the offices of Corban Revell, First Floor, 20 Alderman Drive, Waitakere City, Auckland.
