Take notice that on Tuesday, the 8th day of August 2006, an application for putting Ngati Kahu o Torongare / Te Parawhau Hapu Trust into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Whangarei.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Whangarei on Monday, the 18th day of September 2006
at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant trust, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
