Take notice that on the 1st day of August 2006, an application for putting BM Pacific Retail Holdings Limited (now known as Paints & Wallpapers Wanganui Limited) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 12th day of October 2006
at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiffs are Anthony Phillip Galbraith and Robert Andrew Jane (as trustees of the Galbraith Holdings Trust), whose address for service is at the offices of Harkness Henry & Co, Solicitors, Seventh/Eighth Floors, KPMG Centre, 85 Alexandra Street, Hamilton.
Documents for service on the above-named plaintiffs may be left at the address for service or may be:
