Take notice that on the 10th day of August 2006, an application to put Cash Stop Finance Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on Monday, the 25th day of September 2006
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Norman Leslie Porterfield, whose address for service is care of Saunders Robinson, Level Four, 227 Cambridge Terrace (P.O. Box 39), Christchurch.
