Take notice that on the 17th day of November 2005, an application for putting The Emmi Deli Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 9th day of March 2006
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Lovich Floors Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Callaghan & Co, Solicitors, Level Nine, 2 Kitchener Street, Auckland.
