Take notice that on the 23rd day of June 2006, an application for putting Home Investment Group Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 31st day of August 2006 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiffs are Wayne James Davis and Pamela Elizabeth Davis, whose address for service is at the
offices of Tompkins Wake, Westpac House, 430 Victoria Street (P.O. Box 258 or D.X. G.P. 20-031), Hamilton.
