Take notice that on the 29th day of June 2006, an application for putting Elite Horse Transport Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 31st day of August 2006 at 10.45 a.m.
