Take notice that on the 27th day of July 2006, an application for putting World Commerce NZ Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 5th day of October 2006
at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Indiana Publications Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Dawsons Solicitors, 371 Ti Rakau Drive, corner of Ti Rakau and Huntington Drive, East Tamaki, Auckland.
Documents for service on the above-named plaintiff may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at P.O. Box 38-143, Howick, Auckland; or
(b) left for the solicitor at a document exchange for direction to D.X. E.P. 84-011, Botany, Auckland; or
(c) transmitted to the solicitor by facsimile to (09) 272 0001.
