Take notice that on the 28th day of July 2006, an application for putting Central Strata Management Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 2nd day of November 2006 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is BYB Limited (in liquidation) (formerly Corbett Quantity Surveyors Limited), whose address for service is at the offices of Grove Darlow & Partners, Solicitors, Level Ten, Tower One, The Shortland Centre, 51 53 Shortland Street, Auckland 1.
