And—Tarver Baling Contractors Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Lynch & Partners, Accountants, 25 Willoughby Street, Paeroa—Defendant:
Take notice that on the 21st day of July 2006, an application for the liquidation of Tarver Baling Contractors Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Tauranga.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on Monday, the 11th day of September 2006
at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Allied Farmers Limited, whose address
for service is at the offices of Govett Quilliam, The Lawyers, 1 Dawson Street, New Plymouth (Inquiries to: Catherine Chetwin).
