Take notice that on the 8th day of June 2006, an application for putting Wellington Audio Visual Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 7th day of September 2006 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is St Stephens & Queen Victoria Schools Trust Board, whose address for service is at the offices of the plaintiff’s solicitor, Brookfields, Lawyers, Eleventh Floor, 19 Victoria Street West, Auckland 1.
