Take notice that on the 22nd day of June 2006, an application for putting the Terawhiti Licensing Trust into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on Monday, the 14th day of August 2006
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant licensing trust, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiffs are Stuart Brooker and others (as trustees
of the Terawhiti Licensing Trust), whose address for service is at the offices of Buddle Findlay, Level Seventeen, State Insurance Tower, 1 Willis Street, Wellington (Attention: Andrea Griffin).
Documents for service on the plaintiffs may be left at that address for service or may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at P.O. Box 2694, Wellington; or
(b) left for the solicitor at a document exchange for direction to D.X. S.P. 20-201, Wellington.
