Take notice that on the 19th day of July 2006, an application for putting AM PM Calling Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on Monday, the 28th day of August 2006
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is AMP NZ Office Lambton Quay Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Corporate Collections Limited, 187 Mt Eden Road, Mt Eden, Auckland.
