Take notice that on the 23rd day of June 2006, an application for putting The Queenstown Tahiti Pearl Company Limited into liquidation by the High Court
was filed in the High Court at Invercargill.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Invercargill on Thursday, the 7th day of September 2006
at 9.30 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
