Take notice that on the 1st day of June 2006, an application for putting An Ying International Financial Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 24th day of August 2006
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiffs are Yue Ming Shen, Ya Min Sun, Xiao Yun Li, Tong Qing Zhang, Wen Juan Zhao, Xue Qun Chen, Yu Yu Yao, Qin Li, Wanting Li, Chunli Zhang, Hui Ma, Jing Jun Yu, Jun Liu, Jidong Qiu, Oihei Chan and Kimtang Tam, Ying Gu, Jing Fan and Jianbo Gao, Li Wang, Wei Shi, Hong Yu, Jiang Yuehua, Yong Biao Xie and Kang Xu, whose address for service is at the offices
