Take notice that on the 3rd day of July 2006, an application for putting Eastview Construction Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 28th day of September 2006
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Power Quality Services Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Rennie Cox, Level Fifteen, 126 Vincent Street, Auckland.
