Take notice that on the 18th day of May 2006, an application for putting Mataroa International Shipping Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in
the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 3rd day of August 2006 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Terminals (NZ) Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Ellis Gould, Level Thirty-one, ANZ Centre, 23-29 Albert Street (P.O. Box 1509), Auckland.
