Take notice that on the 21st day of December 2005, an application for putting Bell Cashmere Limited (formerly known as Tolaga Bay Cashmere Limited) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Gisborne.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Gisborne on the 10th day of February 2006 at 9.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is James Gordon Bell, whose address for service is Davys Burton, Solicitors, 1109 Fenton Street, Rotorua.
Documents for service on the above-named plaintiff may be left at the address for service or may be:
