Take notice that on the 19th day of December 2005, an application for putting Wellington Building Specialists Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on the 20th day of February 2006 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Bunnings Limited (trading as Benchmark Building Supplies), whose address for service is at the offices of Messrs Hughes Robertson, Solicitors, Fourth Floor, Leaders Building, 15 Brandon Street (P.O. Box 2513), Wellington.
