Take notice that on the 4th day of May 2006, an application for putting Biz2Biz Services Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on the 31st day of July 2006 at 10.00 a.m.

that day.
